GREG FLEWIN offers a building design service specializing in custom residential projects. Since 1978, after finishing school, Greg has built an impressive portfolio in the Los Angeles area including new custom homes, room and floor additions and interior remodels as well as hillside and coastal locations, tract developments, multi-family units and light commercial. Southern California has an eclectic mix of architectural tastes and trends change frequently and Greg Flewin has developed his design tastes by experiencing and participating in this eclectic environment. “Vernacular” would best describe Greg’s approach to design. Most clients have agendas that are time sensitive so fast reliable service is always provided. All projects are coordinated with engineer consultants and expertly taken through the building permit process.
